The Purchase Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’) compiled in this document are part of the Unicorn Games Australia website (‘Website’) and are subject to change without notice. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your use of the Website and your purchase of products from this Website. Your Acceptance and Agreement to These Terms

The Service is only available to individuals aged 18 years or over. The purchase of products is currently only available to residents residing in Australia and is currently not available for International (Outside of Australia) sale/delivery.
Unicorn Games Australia may, in its sole discretion, refuse to provide the Service to any person for any reason. Unicorn Games Australia will not be liable for any cost, loss or damage incurred by you if we refuse to provide the Service to you.

This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from the Service, your use of or reliance on the Service or any of the information or materials available on the Service, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.
Colours and Sizes
Unicorn Games Australia provides high quality pictures of our products. Please be aware that whilst we have done all we can to ensure that you see real life colour, depending on your viewing screen the colours may appear slightly different to the actual products.
Prices on Unicorn Games
All prices listed on the Unicorn Games Australia website are in Australian Dollars (AUD $) and are inclusive of GST. Unicorn Games Australia takes all steps to ensure that prices are correct at time of publication. However we reserve the right to alter prices should we inadvertently publish incorrect prices.
If this should happen after you have ordered a product on the site and have passed through the check out, we will contact you prior to sending your order and notify you of the correct price. You will then have the choice to either proceed with your order or cancel the order.
Exchange, Returns & Refunds
- Cancellation (by Customer) – Non-Faulty Product
If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com. No cancellation fees apply. Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to the Unicorn Games Australia in accordance to guidelines provided by the Customer Service Team.
- Change of Mind
If you have simply changed your mind and you are able to provide a valid receipt of purchase, Unicorn Games Australia may offer you an exchange or refund provided that the merchandise:
- is in a saleable condition; and
- is unworn or unused with all original packaging and content included
- Faulty Products
We warrant that:
- the product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered; and
- the product will conform with the manufacturer’s latest published instructions as set out on the Website at the time of your order.
The product is intended to be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s latest published instructions as set out on the Website or as on the Product itself. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the product strictly in accordance with those instructions.
Before delivery, we may make minor adjustments to material, colour, weight, measurements, design and other features to the extent that they are reasonable.
We try very hard to deliver products in excellent condition. However, if you tell us that the product is faulty, you agree to keep the product in its current condition available for us (or our agent) to inspect within a reasonable time.
In order to provide you with any remedies for a faulty product, we may need your assistance and prompt provision of certain information regarding the product, including:
- you specifying with reasonable detail the way in which it is alleged that the product is damaged or defective; and
- you providing us with the delivery note number and such other information as we reasonably require
If you would like us to repair, replace or provide a refund for the product where it did confirm to the applicable order details, and we find that the product has:
- been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; and or
- been involved in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; and or
- been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer’s instructions for the product; and or
- deteriorated through normal wear and tear
after delivery by us, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided us when you made your order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the provision will be deemed to be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
If you provide Unicorn Games Australia with any unsolicited ideas or suggestions, or post any content on the Website, you:
- represent and warrant that you are the owner or creator of such content (or have received permission from the owner or creator to make such submissions or postings subject to the Terms), and
